  • Settlement at Handover: For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment is required prior to delivery; upon physical inspection of the parcel, the total invoice sum must be paid entirely in physical cash directly to the carrier representative. Furthermore, package rejections or returns produce no additional hidden fees or transaction surcharges.

  • Customer Obligations: By completing checkout, you undertake to ensure that an authorized recipient is present at the designated delivery address with the exact cash amount ready upon courier arrival.

  • Refusal of Shipments: Systematic, groundless refusals of verified Cash on Delivery consignments may result in the cancellation of pending orders and a permanent restriction on future ordering privileges.

Logistics, Shipping & Transit Timelines

  • Logistics Duration: Following our standard 1 to 3 business day processing window, freight transit to Poland and other supported countries requires approximately 7 to 15 business days.

  • Operational Estimates: All published shipping timelines represent non-binding logistical projections. Shipments may experience delays arising from external factors beyond our reasonable control, such as adverse weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance procedures, and carrier hub backlogs. We disclaim liability for courier transit delays caused by third-party logistics networks.

Returns, Refunds & Inspection Framework

  • 14-Day Return Right: Customers retain the right to submit an authorized return request within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Return Conditions: Returned goods must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and enclosed in original retail packaging with all manuals, accessories, and promotional items intact to qualify for refund approval.
